This website, shaloomliving.com, is operated by Shaloom Living (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Our store
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products
We sell Shabbat and holiday table pieces, including challah covers, placemats, bread baskets and table runners. We do our best to show product colors, prints and details accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Small variations in print placement or finish are part of the product and are not considered defects.

Please follow the care instructions for each product. Our pieces are not suitable for the washing machine, and damage caused by improper care is not covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is processed securely at checkout. If we find a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the product information or price, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates, processing times and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including our designs, prints, product photos, text and logo, belongs to Shaloom Living and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Reviews and comments
If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm that it is your own and truthful, and you give us permission to display it on our site and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.
