Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Shaloom Living. We want your challah cover, placemats and table pieces to arrive safely and on time for your next Shabbat or holiday. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping rates

  • Standard shipping: $10 flat rate per order.
  • Free standard shipping on orders of $250 or more.

The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. From the day you place your order, please allow about 4–10 business days in total. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy holiday seasons or because of carrier delays outside our control.

Ordering for a holiday or a gift? We recommend placing your order at least two weeks before the date you need it, especially before Rosh Hashanah, Passover and Hanukkah.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships. Once a package has shipped, we are not able to change its address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your building’s mail area, then contact us and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
